UC Davis Releases Study on California Women Business Leaders
On November 17th, UC Davis Graduate School of Management
released its annual census of women directors and executive
officers in California. This study details the presence of women
at the very top of the 400 largest publicly held corporations
headquartered in the state. For the fourth consecutive year,
the findings paint a disappointing picture—there is only one
woman for every nine men in the executive suites and
boardrooms of these high-profile companies.
