MENTORING PROGRAM AVAILABLE FOR GROUPS AT CORPORATE
PARTNERS
Mentor Resources Network (MRN)
Invent Your Future is proud to announce the launch of a cross-company mentor
program in partnership with Mentor Resources Network (MRN). We’re looking for a
group of 30 committed mentors with at least 10 years of work experience who are
willing to share their experiences, talents and best practices with women on their
way up the corporate ladder. If you are able to commit to meeting with a mentee at
least once/month for six months by phone or in-person, we’d love to hear from you!
Entrepreneurs and corporate leaders are both welcome.
Why mentor? Mentors tell us that they learn as much from their mentee as vice versa.
Mentors get a chance to hear the issues that are top-of-mind with younger workers –
making them better managers and leaders in their own organizations. It also allows
them to build connections outside their companies and have the pride of steering
the successful career of another woman.
We will be using MRN’s WisdomShare – an online tool that matches mentors and
mentees on 14 competency categories and over 140 different characteristics,
assuring you a highly compatible match.
Ready to connect? Please send an e-mail to Ruth Stergiou. We’ll get you a login to
the WisdomShare tool and notify you when we’re ready to launch. Please invite your
friends as well!
