It is conveniently located off Highway 101 with free parking and access to
public transportation. For driving directions and facility information, click

REGISTRATION/CHECK IN: Your entrance/identification badge will be held
under your last name at conference registration in the Mission City Lobby.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:
We have a limited number of rooms available for attendees at a group rate

DISABLED ACCESS: Reasonable arrangements for persons with disabilities will
be made, if requested in writing at least three weeks in advance. Contact

CANCELLATION: Registrations are non-refundable, but transferable. For
questions, call the registration office at 408.554.4249.
DRESS: Business attire, comfortable shoes
SECURITY: For security reasons, please avoid bringing any large,
unnecessary items. No boxes, luggage, briefcases, etc. can be stored at
the conference.
RECORDING: Most conference sessions will be recorded. Recordings will be
for sale at the conference. Bring your flash drive to take advantage of the
greenest, lowest-cost recording option.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: CalTrain (800) 660-4287, Lightrail (408) 321-2300
SEMINARS: The seminar seating is on a first-come, first-served basis at the
time of each session.
PROGRAM FOR YOUNG WOMEN: Please join us in welcoming young women
from high schools and colleges in the Bay Area, who will be attending
specially-designed seminars, as well as viewing the exhibits throughout the
day.
HEALTH SCREENINGS: Anthem Blue Cross is sponsoring free screening for
bone density, blood pressure etc. to all IYF attendees. Their lab van will be
located just outside the lobby. Please visit their exhibit in Ballroom 1
to set a time for your testing during the event.
