Commission on the Status of Women and the Eleanor Reynolds
Award from the Association for Executive Search Consultants.
She was the 1999 Chair of the San Francisco Chamber of
Commerce.
Susan K. Black is the CEO of Pinnacle Bank. With more than 20
years of leadership experience in the banking industry, she has
served as President of the Community Banking Group of Greater
Bay Bancorp and President and CEO of Mid-Peninsula Bank.
Awards include: Business Athena Award; Distinguished Citizen of
the Year by the Skyline for Community Development; and YWCA
Tribute to Women and Industry (TWIN) award.
Deborah Collins Stephens is the Co-Founder and Managing
Partner of the Center for Innovative Leadership that works with
leaders and organizations on improving customer service, creating
inspired teams, and building the link between employee
motivation and customer loyalty. Ms. Stephens is the author of six
books with three reaching the bestsellers list: Maslow on
Management, One Size Fits One, and Revisiting The Human Side of
Enterprise.
Jan Yanehiro is the host of "Appraise It!" which can be seen on
Home and Garden TV, and hosts "Women of Vision" and "The New
Americans" on KCSM TV. She also reports on KCBS AM 740 News
Radio. She has a degree in Journalism from California State
University, Fresno and was host of "Evening Magazine" on KPIX TV
in San Francisco for 15 years.
Award winning journalist Sydnie Kohara brings more than two
decades of experience to her position as news anchor at CBS-
5/KPIX TV. The founding host of CNBC Asia’s first show about the
Internet, “dot.com,” she later anchored CNBC’s “CNET News.
com" that explored the tech revolution. Ms. Kohara was part of
the KGO-TV newsroom that won the prestigious George Foster
Peabody Award and the Edward R. Murrow Award for coverage
of the 1989 earthquake.
Sam Horn is a sought-after keynote speaker, best-selling author,
creative consultant, and media resource. The fourteen-time
emcee of the world-renowned Maui writer's conference, she is
the author of Tongue Fu! and POP! Stand Out in Any Crowd.
Clients include Hewlett-Packard, Fortune 500 Forum, NASA, and

Dr. Telle Whitney has served as President and CEO of the Anita
Borg Institue of Women and Technology since 2003. With over 20
years experience in semiconductor and telecommunications
industries, she has held senior technical management positions
with Malleable Technologies (now PMC-Sierra) and Actel
Corporation. A co-founder of the Grace Hopper Celebration of
Women in Computing Conference, she was a member of the
National Science Foundation Committee for Equal Opportunity in
Science and Engineering.
Jackie McNab is the President of the Executive Women's
Leadership Forum at Invent Your Future Enterprises. A past
President of the Professional BusinessWomen of California, she is
former Vice President, Global Quality & Reliability for
FormFactor, Inc. Previously, Jackie served as Senior Director,
Worldwide Manufacturing Quality for Western Digital as well as
Vice President of Customer Engineering for Quantum Corporation.
Jennifer Millier is the Vice President of the Mission Critical
Business Solutions Group within the Business Critical Systems
business unit at Hewlett-Packard. As the leader of HP UNIX,
Linux, Windows, OpenVMS, Tru64, Alpha, and MPE Research and
Development organizations, Jennifer is responsible for all HP
Operating Environments with mission-critical virtualization, in-
depth security and mainframe-class availability. Jennifer’s
managerial experience includes stints in Marketing, R&D, Supply
Chain, and International Business Development.
Kimberly Davis is the Vice President of Sales, West, for Tealeaf
Technology, Inc. She has been in the high tech industry for over
25 years and has held executive positions at Borland, Brio,
Microsoft and various start-up companies. She is the originator
of the Young Woman's Program for the Professional
BusinessWomen of California and supports programs that keep
young women interested in math, science and technology.
Carla Davis is CEO, Chairman of the Board, and Co-Founder of DBC
Groups, Inc. where she directs the firm’s business development
and strategic direction. Under her leadership the company has
expanded into five groups: DBC Commercial Group, DBC Financial
Group, DBC Investment Group, DBC Residential Investment Group
and DBC Seminar Group. A past president of the Silicon Valley
Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners
and President-Elect of NAWBO-California, Ms. Davis is on the
Silicon Valley Capital Club Board of Governors.
